Job description

Manage the Home Department and maximize all financial operations. Provide exceptional customer service and quality assurance standards, as well as, achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others. - Be thoroughly familiar with products carried in the department. - Follow planner, memos, bulletins, and faxes from the offices in an effort to create additional sales. - Coordinate intercom sales according to company policy and procedures. - Plan and organize workflow to accomplish goals and objectives.
