Position Summary This role supports product strategy for Cigna’s Health Matters Case Management (HMCM), High Cost Claimant (HCC) and clinical medical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, clinical outcomes, and business growth. It focuses on innovation, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that drive savings, improve engagement, and generate revenue. This role collaborates across product lines and works closely with cross functional teams including finance, marketing, sales, clinical, service operations, legal, underwriting and others to drive successful client growth and retention, superior clinical outcomes, and outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is an individual contributor and must have a well-developed matrix management process with proven ability to drive to consensus and demonstrate high influencing skills to accomplish significant objectives in a complex environment and execute effective product strategies.
