Operations Manager - Offshore Catering

Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and overall performance across assigned offshore and remote catering sites. This role ensures safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships, cost controls, and operational standards. The Operations Manager spends a minimum of 50% of their time conducting on-site offshore visits and provides leadership, oversight, and support to site management teams. Candidates must reside in the Southeast region of the country.
