ISO New England is the independent system operator responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity in our region and planning for the future of the electric grid. We are seeking an experienced Safety & Security Manager responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership to the organization’s safety and security programs and policies including physical security, workplace violence prevention and response, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and enforcement of comprehensive security protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for all employees and visitors. This role requires a professional with a proven track record of leading and influencing cross functional teams in a matrix environment, effectively communicating at all levels of the organization, and solid composure in high-pressure situations.
