Job Title: Chemical Process Operator III - Entry Location: Orwell, OH Shift: 12hr 1st Shift Rotating Schedule 2-2-3-2 6:40 am - 6:40 pm Job Summary: Load and Unload furnaces and ensure proper operation. Key Job Responsibilities: Load and unload the furnaces. Monitor computerized controls involving temperatures, pressures, chemical flow rates, and gas flow rates to critical process parameters. Perform and document the operation of the furnaces. Ensure the integrity of the vacuum systems by conducting vacuum leak checks and performing periodic preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot furnace problems, rebuild or replace furnace components as needed. Ensure adequate gas and chemical levels, according to procedures, for correct operations....
