HBO/Wound Care Clinic (Full-time, Monday-Friday, Day shifts) Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse B- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Wound Care Clinic (HBO/Wound Care) utilizes discretion and independent judgment to provide, coordinate and document direct and indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Clinic. Demonstrates expertise in caring for patients with various types of simple to complex acute and chronic wounds and multiple health comorbidities. Assists the physician and nurse practitioners with wound debridement, therapeutic dressings, compression therapy, treatment of wound, skin and bone infection. Performs the nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) with minimal supervision in accordance with LLUMC-Murrieta's established Professional Practice Model (Duffy's Quality Caring Theory).
