Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Manage account relationships, maintain effective communications and ensuring customer requirements are met. Review and update condition report; add damages based on customer standards. Add repair and paint times for body work and recommend smart repairs. Walk vehicles to make recommendations for reconditioning that meet customer standards and goals. Provide quality service and assist in resolving problems.
