Job Description Role: Mendix Avaya Engineer: Location: MA (Remote): Duration: 12+ Months: Role Type: Contract: Job Description: Mandatory Skills: 1. Mendix Application Development & Custom Extensions: Expert-level mastery of Mendix Studio Pro including Rapid Development, complex Microflow/Nanoflow logic and Domain Model optimization. 2. Java Actions: Ability to write custom Java Actions within Mendix to handle specialized Avaya SDK requirements or protocols that are not supported out-of-the-box. 3. Experience building or customizing Pluggable Widgets using React/JavaScript to create bespoke communication interfaces. 4. Avaya Ecosystem Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with the Avaya products like Aura, CMS, Communication Manager Elite, etc. 5. Advanced experience of VoIP and SIP protocols. 6. Mastery of REST and SOAP APIs specifically for bridging Web Services with legacy telephony hardware. 7.
