GreenTree Maintenance, a Veritas Investments company, is seeking experienced technicians to join our maintenance team! JOB SUMMARY An Appliance Repair Technician is responsible for repairing or replacing defective or damaged appliance components upon approval from customers. Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly. Installing various large appliances for customers, such as washers, wall ovens, and stoves. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Handle 100% of the companies appliance repairs including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washing machines and dryersExamine customers appliances to identify the cause of appliance breakdownsCommunicate with team members, resident managers, and maintenance supervisor throughout the dayReport on all expenditures, change orders, invoices, billing and purchases for approval and processingPerforms hands-on repairs and maintains portfolio cleanlinessDaily reporting of completed work order, open work order and any issues encounteredWeekly submittal of time sheets, gas mileage and invoices associated with the work ordersMaintains regular contact with residents and skilled trades keeping detailed current system records and documents SKI...
