📍 Location This role is fully remote, with quarterly paid travel to either our London or Sheffield office. Your first day will take place in our London office (Aldgate East, E1), and all travel costs will be covered by us. 💰 Salary £26,600 base salary (Year 1 OTE: £27,400) - pro-rated depending on working pattern. We currently offer two working patterns: Working Pattern One 24 hours per week 3 days per week 9:00am – 6:00pm Pro-rated salary: £15,960: Year 1 OTE: £16,440 ⚠ Please note: The first 4 weeks will be full-time for training purposes. Working Pattern Two: 20 hours per week 5 days per week 10:00am – 2:00pm Pro-rated salary: £13,300: Year 1 OTE: £13,700 📅 Start Date - Tuesday 9th June 2026 . Previous Contact Centre experience is highly desirable for this role.
