Job Location Lifsey Building - Career Solutions Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to oversee the Career Solutions Regional, Connecting Forward Program Manager, Career Solutions Recruiter and the Career Solutions Administrative Assistant. This position ensures the served; placement and retention goals are met each month. Directs the activities of the centers through the Regional Managers, engages with employers and community partners and oversees the marketing of services. Ensures the verification of results and the quality of the case records. Also oversees the Connecting Forward program as well as recruiting for Career Solutions which includes GCTA and other aspects of Career Solutions. The Director of Career Solutions will promote a positive work environment that celebrates our vision, mission and core values of Teamwork, Respect, Uprightness and Empowerment in every action and interaction with team members, donors, customers, management and persons served.
