The Body Control Module (BCM) or Body/Zonal Module functional scope consists of 300+ features/functions. In current Ford electrical architectures, it is a central electronic control unit which incorporates a fused electrical bus center, for power distribution within a single module. In other electrical architecture concepts, the body functionality may manifest in an integrated design with other functionality or it may manifest in a single module with the power distribution responsibility omitted. Regardless of the physical manifestation, the core content remains essentially the same as well as the disciplines used to develop and validate it. What you'll do...
