Assembly Machine Operator – Full Time Location: Toms River, NJ: Shift: 7p-7a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday Pay: $19/hour (plus $2 shift differential) Bonus: 7% quarterly bonus potential: Join our team at Heyco, a PennEngineering Company, we are a cutting-edge American manufacturer with almost 100 years of expertise! We’re looking for a dedicated Assembly Machine Operator to support production by operating assembly machines and ensuring high-quality output. What You’ll Do: - Start and operate assigned assembly machines. - Monitor automated equipment to maintain continuous production flow. - Perform changeovers and make minor adjustments/repairs as needed. - Package parts accurately, create labels, and keep your work area organized. - Follow quality procedures, report issues, and assist in problem-solving activities. - Comply with all safety rules and wear required PPE.
