Analyst, Workforce Optimization

Job description

As an Analyst for Workforce Planning, you will play a foundational role in supporting the optimization of our workforce operations. By aiding in trend analysis and working closely with senior staff, your insights will contribute significantly to our workforce's success. (Other duties may be assigned) - Trend Analysis: Assist in the study of workforce trends, specifically in areas like sick leave, training, and overtime. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in stakeholder discussions, collecting essential data and insights. - Workforce Modeling: Support the creation of basic workforce models based on current business requirements, focused on outage planning and execution, such as Sick and Vacation liability. - Presentation Assistance and Development: Help senior staff prepare and refine presentations for various stakeholders with in-depth analytical options for the objectives of the business. - Data Collection: Gather and develop relevant data for capacity planning, operations analysis, workforce-related requirements, and market information to create necessary technical support for workforce optimization initiatives.
