For our office in Hamburg, we are looking for a Product Structuring – (Senior-) Manager Asset Structuring (f/m/d) Key Responsibilities: Structuring and implementation of acquisition strategies for real asset investments, with a focus on renewables and real estate projects (residential and commercial) Independent management and coordination of complex structuring and restructuring projects within asset holding structures, including planning, execution, and documentation Project management across interdisciplinary teams, working closely with investment management, finance, legal, tax and external advisers Preparation, coordination and implementation of restructuring measures driven by regulatory changes, investor requirements or changes in asset strategy Support in the development and implementation o...
