Overview Sign-On/Retention incentives: up to $7,500*: The Behavioral Health Clinician provides high-quality behavioral healthcare as a collaborative primary care team member focused on short-term episodes of care, skill-based counseling, and coordination/outreach. This position works with a majority adult patient population. We are offering a $7,500 sign-on/retention bonus for this position. *The bonus is available for external hires only, and certain conditions apply. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week benefitted position located at our Lebanon campus. Once oriented to the position, it will be a hybrid position, working three days a week in the office and two days a week remotely. We anticipate spending the first four to six months on-site while orienting to the position before moving to a hybrid schedule.
