The Pharmacy Department is recruiting for a Clinical Specialist to support primary practice area of Internal Medicine and subspecialities. The Clinical Specialist will be expected to participate in multidisciplinary patient care rounds, clinically review and complete pharmacy consults, guideline/policy development, performance improvement projects, and pharmacy resident/student precepting. This position has the opportunity to participate in advancement through a clinical ladder program. Job Description: 1. Practices in accordance with the state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy, Department of Public Health, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Maintains certification and credentials in accordance with the Board of Registration and adheres to institutional policies and procedures. 2.
