Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll tackle: Shipment Coordination & Customer Communication Communicate proactively with agents, customers, and vendors to deliver freight solutions that meet required deadlines. Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all working job files, including all related backup. Airway Bill, Bill of Ladings, Delivery Orders, Quote approvals, invoices, queries, etc. Review and confirm delivery site approvals, consignee details, delivery deadlines, customs requirements, and related shipment information.
