Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation: Unterstützung des Account Operations Teams für Zalando im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Beitrag zur Sicherstellung transparenter Orderbook-Prozesse sowie zur reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern. Verantwortlichkeiten: · Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Überwachung des Orderbooks (z. B. Tracking von Orders, Lieferstatus, Verzögerungen) · Mitarbeit bei der Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten und Reports zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung · Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (z. B. Recherche, Aufbereitung von Informationen, Weiterle...
