YOUR TASKS: - Direct Team lead for all GLF Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors in the Polish organization Additional to actual Supervisor Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage supervisors to secure and support operations across multiple project locations; - Provided comprehensive support to supervisors executing internal processes and addressing company-related operational needs; - Ensure the planning and execution of training activities are carried out securely and efficiently, in compliance with internal safety protocols and operational standards; - Review Lead SV weekly reports; - Report and evaluate supervisor’s performance, ensuring alignment with supervision key performance indicators and supervision mission and vision; - Support the development and enhancement of new initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and innovation within company Supervision department YOUR PROFILE: - Minimum 5 years of experience in operative project execution and construction for complex and international wind turbine projects - Professional technical education in the electronical and/or mechanical sector - Completed vocational training or university degree in Electronics /Mechatronics o...
