Summary : Staff designated at Dickinson Wright PLLC (“the Firm”) as the Senior Pricing Analyst supports the firm’s pricing initiatives by delivering analytical insights and pricing solutions to Attorneys and Clients as assigned on a full-time basis unless otherwise arranged with the Firm. Such services may include providing administrative support to Attorneys and Clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities of staff designated as Senior Pricing Analyst at the Firm include but are not limited to: - Prepare pricing analyses and fee structures for a range of engagements, including alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) through modeling of rates and discounts, realization, leverage and margin assumptions - Analyze historical timekeeper and matter data to support pricing recommendations - Conduct initial pricing and RFP information-gathering sessions with attorneys to understand matter scope, assumptions, staffing models, and other requirements - Support responses to RFPs and ad-hoc pitches by translating attorney input into clear and appropriate pricing models and budget structures, including AFA development. - Prepare partner-facing summaries and...
