Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire an Attorney Recruiting Assistant. Reporting to the Manager of Attorney Recruiting, this position will provide administrative support to the attorney recruiting function in the Northern California offices. The Attorney Recruiting Assistant will assist with the organization and planning of the summer associate program, law school outreach, on campus recruiting, lateral associate recruiting and orientation, and will support the recruiting team in all aspects of daily tasks. This position will sit in the Silicon Valley office and a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule is available. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lateral Recruiting: Maintain applicant-tracking system for lateral candidates. Review candidate materials, schedule lateral interviews, and collect interviewer evaluations.
