JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of System Integration provides strategic leadership for integrating instrument, assay, software, electrical, and mechanical components into cohesive diagnostic systems. In addition to driving system readiness and cross-functional alignment, this role drives the innovation roadmap and product pipeline strategy. The position is a key accountability for intellectual property(IP) development, ensuring competitive differentiation and protection of core technologies. The Director also manages strategic partnerships and alliances, both internally and externally, including key collaborations in the European region, to accelerate innovation and ensure global alignment on technical deliverables.
