Job description

Primary Purpose: - The Health/Safety/Security Systems (HSS) Subject Matter Expert (SME), concentrates on overall technical and operational effectiveness of capabilities in coordination with leaders at Muscle Shoals and Bowling Green. - HSS SME is responsible for providing recommendations on continuous improvement of the processes and architectures supporting the overall Health, Safety & Security operational activities including, but not limited to: analysis, program development, program improvement, risk identification, corrective action implementation, and metric/data collection and analysis. - Recommends, develops, and implements appropriate programs and activities that enhance the safety and health of employees, and contractors, as well as minimizes Constellium’s exposure to loss. - Ensures the effective operations of Muscle Shoals and Bowling Green site HSS systems, providing effective risk mitigation capabilities, usable and effective reports that address overall situational analysis and improvement opportunities. - This individual works to maximize the use of new and existing tools to correlate information and synthesize data into usable and actionable events.
