OVERVIEW: Oversees daily operations of the Marina/Dock, including dry storage, gas dock, and maintenance of marina grounds POSITION RELATIONSHIPS: Reports To: Store Manage Key Internal Relationships: Sales and Service staff Direct Reports: N/A: KEY TASKS: - Market, promote and lease annual in water storage slips. - Resolve customer complaints and build loyal customer base for marina. - Assist the forklift department as needed. - Maintain financial and inventory records of fuel dock activities. - Assists with maintenance on building facilities, docks, customer areas and grounds. - Responsible for filling in at marina, sales front desk, service front desk, forklift department and other departments as needed. - Provide an exceptional customer experience for all visitors to the marina facility. - Maintain and enforce marina rules to all guests at all times to ensure safety and compliance.
