Position Overview: Sweet Pediatric Opportunity: Ypsilanti This case involves a resilient 1-year-old girl with a history of Trisomy 21 and several cardiac repairs (AVSD/PDA). She is currently preparing for discharge from the hospital, and we are building her "dream team" to ensure she has a safe and happy return home. The Clinical Details: Patient: 1-year-old female. Care Needs: Trach/Vent management and monitoring for feeding intolerance. Medical Profile: History of respiratory failure and cardiac repairs. The Home Environment: You’ll be working in a very welcoming home with parents who are highly involved and helpful with her care. Pet Lovers Welcome: The household is home to 5 cats and 2 lizards (caged), so the ideal nurse must be very comfortable with pets! Available Shifts: Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
