Job Type Full-time Description: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high quality clinical services that are rooted in a trauma-informed, harm reduction philosophy of care are being provided in the program. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership and supervision, as well as training to the counseling staff in the Recovery Home. The Clinical Supervisor reports to the Clinical Director or their designee for clinical supervision. Location: Victory House, in Boston’s South End, provides residential treatment programs for 24 men with substance use disorder. The program is three-to-nine months long and helps support the residents with co-occurring conditions, such as mental health and chronic health conditions.
