The Field Manager oversees and manages the pest control Service Technicians, providing them with training and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services on every job. This position is on-site and reports to our Phoenix, AZ branch. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Hire and train Service Technicians in compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring they are well-prepared and licensed for the role. - Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings and trainings to review services, processes, and protocols. - Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings. - Monitor technician schedules, manage service routes (including high-priority or emergency routes),...
