We’re looking for a Roll Tender to join our pressroom team! In this role, you’ll support press operations by loading paper rolls, hanging plates, assisting with make-ready activities, monitoring quality, and performing routine maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: - Load paper rolls, hang plates, and prepare materials according to the daily production schedule. - Assist with make-ready operations, including size changes, collect and non-collect setups, and rough fronts. - Verify forms, pagination, and content against work orders and systems per SOP standards. - Maintain proper fold, ribbon alignment, and customer specifications throughout production. - Assist operators during downtime and relieve stacker technicians as needed to maintain workflow. - Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and assist with belt or roller changes during maintenance. - Prepare the press for t...
