Day Center Supervisor Department: Participant Care: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Niles, MI: Reporting To: Paula Shimulunas: Description: Schedule: Exempt, minimum 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Department: Day Center | PACE of Southwest Michigan | Niles, MI What You'll Do: As a Day Center Supervisor , you’ll lead the Day Center's daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and participant-centered environment. You’ll provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members, serving as the go-to resource for problem-solving and operational needs. You’ll collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure care plans are followed and participants’ needs are met, while also supporting staffing coordination, documentation standards, and overall compliance. You’ll help onboard new participants and create a welcoming, supportive experience for participants and their families.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, staying organized, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
