This role provides third-tier technical support for system and/or network operating systems and applications, applying advanced technical expertise to highly complex assignments requiring independent discretion and judgment. The position operates in a senior level role with an extreme focus on customer service and may provide leadership to Systems Administrators or other IT staff.
