Fogelman is seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to join the team at Ansley at Roberts Lake Apartments in the Arden area of Asheville. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of Assistant Property Manager experience within the multifamily industry, is strong in accounting and collections, highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient in Yardi. Proven leasing abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential. Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
