Job DetailsJob Location: Hanover, NH 03755Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.85 - $31.27 HourlyPosition Overview: Responsible for maintaining department inventory, including re-ordering, and stocking of department items. Ensures high level of food quality and service. Works in partnership with the Store Manager and the Grocery Manager. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Stays within the annual budget for Grocery Department in coordination with the Store Manager Follows the Manager’s Code of Conduct Ensures that the Co-op’s policies and procedures are enforced and administered in a timely fashion and recommends any changes warranted Orchestrates the daily functions of the Grocery Department as needed Responsible for Grocery inventory, ordering and vendor relations Responsible for stocking and merchandising all department areas Works with Grocery Manager to ensure proper signage and clean, attractive displays and cases Conducts or oversees regular meetings and huddles with Grocery Department in the absence of the Grocery Manager Maintains Grocery Department sanitation procedures and ensures compliance with governmental regulations Monitors and works with Supervisors on...
