What’s the role?: As a Technology Service Owner, you are accountable for the end-to-end performance, resilience, and operational readiness of WIB Digital platforms supporting institutional clients. You act as the single point of accountability for service stability, availability, and continuous improvement, ensuring platforms operate as Tier 1 services aligned with risk, security, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong technical judgement, risk-based decision-making, and clear communication across engineering, service management, and business teams. Additionally, you’ll lead production readiness and release activities, ensuring smooth transitions into BAU support with strong governance, documentation, and risk awareness. You’ll own the effectiveness of the Level 3 service model, driving faster incident resolution, reducing reliance on delivery teams, and improving service capability through skills uplift and automation.
