In this role, you will help coordinate vehicles and drivers, monitor trips in real time, and step in quickly to resolve issues so our guests receive reliable, high-quality service. What You’ll Do: Monitor vehicles and trips using a computerized dispatch system Communicate with drivers by computer, phone, and electronic messaging Communicate with customers by phone, email, and electronic messaging on quotes, bookings, trip updates, and other customer related questions. Support drivers with pickup, routing, and destination questions Track trips in real time and manage delays, changes, and last-minute updates Assist with emergencies such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or guest issues Respond to and report service issues to supervisors and/or operations management Watch for system or equipment issues and report problems Perform other related duties as assigned What We’re Looking...
