Position: Performance Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Reporting Relationship: Reports to Senior Manager – Growth Marketing Status: Full-Time (Exempt) Position Summary: Tepper Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will lead and oversee all paid digital marketing and advertising efforts, including paid social, search, display, CTV/OTT, and select offline channels. This role manages strategy and day to day execution while working closely with our external media agency, who will support buying, optimization, and reporting across channels. The Manager will guide agency direction, ensure campaign quality, and still handle select executional tasks internally. This role is responsible for driving revenue, generating leads, and providing clear, compelling performance insights to stakeholders across the organization.
