Job description

As an HSE Specialist , you will be responsible for Health, Safety, and Environmental concerns at multiple locations. This position will require a person who is able to work in the field at rig locations as well as assist facility management in maintaining the NOV HSE 360 Management System. This role requires close collaboration with facility personnel and management to maintain compliance with federal regulations and company/third-party HSE policies. Work Location: 2124 Maurice Rd, Odessa, TX 79763 Qualifications: - Oversee incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis, and follow-up to ensure timely closure of Corrective Actions. - Provide HSE training to facility personnel, including management. - Assist operations with the Management of Change (MOC) procedure/process. - Actively participates in frequent facility HSE walkthroughs, reviews, and audits. - Conduct inspections of field operations at rig locations. - Provide timely and effective liaison with all site personnel to review and address all aspects of matters related to company HSE principals. - Act as an advisor and resource to facility management for HSE matters. - Liaise with facility management to ensure effective commu...
