Your job is more than a job The RN Senior Director Patient Care Services is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients in multiple assigned departments on a twenty-four-hour basis. Plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates the overall clinical nursing practice and administrative activities including fiscal, material and human resources management. Monitors care delivery to ensure appropriate patient outcomes. Participates in the development and implementation of patient care services policies and procedures and maintains open communication with all staff and physicians to promote improvement in performance. Assists senior management in the development, implementation, assessment, modification, and ongoing management of the department(s), which promote the efficiency, and effectiveness of patient care services within the organization.
