Senior Radio Frequency Test Engineer Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Team in Saint Charles, Missouri is seeking a Senior Radio Frequency Test Engineer for the Outdoor Antenna Range at Smartt Field Airport, St. Charles Portage Des Sioux. This position provides an opportunity work with an experienced, interdisciplinary, and multi-organizational team to create innovative solutions to meet unique and challenging requirements in an outdoor test environment. The Senior RF Test Engineer takes requirements from programs and applies them to range test configurations. This experienced candidate will be responsible for leading test setup, test execution, verification, and validation of antennas and radomes. A strong candidate will have a background in Electromagnetic/RF transmission theory, hands-on laboratory skills, mechanical skills, knowledge of RF lab and range equipment, strong technical judgment, and the ability to rapidly make and contribute to decisions that balance the overall test program.
