The Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) seeks a board certified / board eligible faculty physician (open rank) for our expanding Lung Transplant Program. This position is located in Milwaukee , WI at Froedtert Hospital . Position Highlights: Opportunity to build a strong academic career within a collaborative, multidisciplinary transplant team Active involvement in the evaluation of patients being considered for lung transplantation, as well as the ongoing care of patients who have already undergone transplant Both inpatient & outpatient activities. I npatient care will focus on managing transplant candidates & post-transplant patients during hospitalization, working closely with surgery, critical care, infectious disease, & other specialty teams. Outpatient care will include pre-transplant assessments, longitudinal post-transplant follow-up, & participation in multidisciplinary transplant clinics.
