Salary £25,989-£28,142 Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | | Care Navigation Service | Preston International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship. An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our growing Care Navigation Service. In this rewarding role, you’ll be part of a supportive team of caring and compassionate colleagues, working closely with internal teams and external care providers each day. Using a range of ICT systems, software, and telephone communication, you will help secure vital packages of care for residents across Lancashire. This is a fast‑paced role, so you’ll need to be highly organised, able to balance competing priorities, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working to tight deadlines. Development: No previous sourcing experience is required. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.
