Behavior Consultant (Contracted Position) Location: Marshall, Fulton, Cass County Areas Position Type: Flexible Hours Compensation: $66.52 per Hour We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Behavior Consultant (BC) to work in the Marshall, Fulton, Cass County areas. This is a contracted position offering flexible hours, with a competitive rate of $66.52 per hour. Qualifications: - Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring that documentation is completed in a timely, professional manner. - Provide positive behavior supports and individualized, evidence-based interventions. - Collaborate with individuals, families, and staff to develop and implement person-centered functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans. - Attend mandatory quarterly meetings at Cardinal Services. - Participate in all appointments related to the supported individual’s behavioral and mental health. - Ensure effective communication with individuals, providers, family members, staff, and other members of the treatment team. - Maintain personal availability for individuals on the caseload. - Provide crisis intervention, offering positive coaching and supp...
