Position Summary San Diego State University is seeking a highly organized and proactive Division Coordinator to support the Division of Research and Innovation. In this role, you’ll serve as a key operational partner—coordinating administrative, fiscal, and external engagement activities while supporting leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Executive & Office Coordination - Coordinate complex calendaring, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior leadership. - Organize meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. - Support day-to-day office operations, including supply coordination and shared space needs. - External Engagement & Communications - Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and partners. - Support corporate and foundation engagement efforts through coordination, tracking, and reporting. - Assist with planning and execution of meetings, events, and outreach initiatives, including creating communications and promotional materials. - Project & Data Coordination - Coordinate projects and reporting efforts, helping track progres...
