Since launching Hinchcliff House in 2021, we’ve grown to 16 distinctive venues, delivering exceptional food and drink experiences across Sydney. About the Venue: Etheus is the reimagined main dining room of Promenade, bringing a fresh and focused identity to the indoor space while the beloved outdoor area continues as the Promenade Beach Bar. Rooted in Greek-fired flavours and infused with the laidback, sun-soaked energy of Bondi, Etheus offers a bold new culinary direction. The menu will celebrate the simplicity and soul of Greek cooking, interpreted with local produce and Bondi flair.
