Job description
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive IT User Support-Service Desk to join our IT organization at Openchip. You will be part of the Service Desk team based in Barcelona, reporting to the Service Desk Lead. The Service Desk team and IT team in Barcelona have the mission to ensure seamless IT operations, while managing user support, infrastructure maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting. You will work in a high-security environment with globally distributed users and a high ratio of contractors. This role requires a customer-focused, autonomous professional with experience supporting Linux (Ubuntu) and Microsoft user environments. If you enjoy solving technical problems, supporting users, and troubleshooting in hight tech environment, we’d love to meet you! You will be responsible for: - · User Support (Level 1 & 2): Provide first- and second-line support for users across Linux Ubuntu, and Windows environments.
