Overview Location: 20116 Ashbrook Pl, Suite 110/120, Ashburn, VA 20147 (On‑site) Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 a year (DOE) Bonus potential Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM + two evening shifts (12PM–8PM) Postion Type: Full‑time, In‑Person Must have a Virginia License. Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, mission‑driven Clinical Director to lead our Ashburn OP/IOP/PHP clinic. This role is ideal for a seasoned mental health leader who is passionate about elevating clinical quality, coaching multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that teens, young adults, and families receive exceptional evidence‑based care. We’re looking for a fully licensed mental health therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) who is currently approved—or eligible to become approved—to provide clinical supervision in the state of Virginia , guiding emerging clinicians and strengthening our clinical culture.
