Title Produce Assistant Department Manager: Pay Grade: Non-Exempt Major Department: Produce: Minor Department: Produce: Reports to: Produce Department Manager, General Manager: Job Summary: The Produce Department Assistant Manager is responsible for the exceptional execution of guest service. S/he is responsible for assisting the department manager in department inventory, margin, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards. S/he will help ensure that all Team Members receive proper training and supervision. S/he will ensure the highest level of execution of ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation, merchandising and construction of store displays. As a PFM team member is able to exemplify Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service.
