As part of this mission, the Lead Specialist – NCR Triage plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence across Gas Power Business Operations. As a member of the Gas Power Business Operations Center of Excellence team, you will act as a central point of coordination for issue intake, validation, prioritization, routing, follow-up, and closure for reported Non-Conformances (NCRs), Concerns, and Improvement opportunities. This role requires strong judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to ensure issues are managed efficiently and in accordance with business requirements. You will work closely with regional, operational, and functional stakeholders to improve issue resolution flow, data quality, accountability, and cycle time.
