This position is contingent upon contract award. Target salary range: $65,000 - $71,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. Location: ON SITE - Center for Seabees and Facility Engineering (CSFE), Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA Objective: Training Specialist/Learning Program Manager will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for the SME for the Seabee Readiness Division within CECOS. Qualified candidates should have experience working within the Operations or Training Department within a Naval Construction Force unit to be considered for this position. Job Description: Review technical content for CECOS Seabee Readiness courses. Research current educational technologies to ensure material is appropriate for intended audience, environment, and context. Provide training in structured writing, effective writing techniques, and test writing principles to course writers.
