Senior Sales Administrator Be the engine room of the Development & Sales Team. Help scale a growing ASX-listed business. Bring structure to a fast-moving team. You will provide end-to-end workflow support across the sales and contract lifecycle—ensuring strong alignment between sales and operations, improving processes, and enhancing the customer journey. This is a highly collaborative role where you will act as the central coordination point for sales activities, systems, contracts, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You bring: - Proven experience supporting a sales function in a fast-paced environment Strong experience in CRM administration and systems management (e.g. Salesforce or similar) - Strong understanding of commercial drivers and business performance, interpreting contracts and sales documentation - Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams) - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting for senior stakeholders - Demonstrated experience in project coordination and delivery - Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams Highl...
